Returns
Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Conditions for Returns:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, must be provided.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at kimberlyramirez@greengrasslandclothing.com or +1 23453245. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Exchange Process: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kimberlyramirez@greengrasslandclothing.com to arrange for a replacement.
